Concept and consulting

The starting point of our creative approach is analysing your business model and your target audience. We analyze your project, create a timetable and set the foundation for the first building blocks for it.

DISCOVERY

We think and evaluate your project, write down interesting ideas and consider possible solutions that define user cases and scenarios.

It is an open brainstorming phase where we meet and define together the optimal direction and the true goal of your project.

ANALYSIS

At this point we will make a market research based on your type of project, analyzing your market position and find the proper way to approach your customers. We will analyze all your direct competitors in order to understand the big picture. It’s our healthy habit to take the best practice as our main goal and avoid the mistakes made by others. Needles to say, we will evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats involved in this project in order to apply the best strategy. After the first discussion we analyse your project in order to target it in the right direction.

PERSONAS

Personas are fictional characters created on actual behaviors of real users.

We use them to create a reliable and realistic description of your key audience segments for reference. These characters features are based on the user research and web analytics compiled data. The final result is a narrative that briefly describes the usual day of a person, as well as their skills, attitudes, environment and goals. A persona represents a major user group for your website, gives a clear picture of the user’s expectations and how they’re likely to use the site.

WIREFRAMES

A wireframe is a visual guide that represents the “backbone” framework of a website. It focuses on space distribution, the content placement, functionalities and intended behaviors. With wireframes we are testing the usability of the website. For a more realistic evaluation, wireframes usually do not include any styling, color or graphics.

It is a tool that helps us establish the layout structure with a proper call to action, the links between pages and the correct hierarchy amongst the elements of the website (text, buttons, images, etc.).

SITEMAP - NAVIGATION CONCEPT

Users usually decide in the first second if they like your website or not. That’s why we consider mandatory the fact that useful information should be easy to find and access. Therefore, a good website begins with a reliable and intuitive navigation.

We define the navigation sitemap on your actual content and decide the needed level of menus. Then we find out if a search functionality is required as well as if other possibilities of access should be designed and implemented.

USER ROLES AND RIGHTS

Not all your visitors should see all your content. The purpose is to define roles and manage the rights that are associated with each content.

For example, in an online shop, there are different prices for different customers and only some users should be able to access certain products/services. The same logic can be applied for an intranet project. Sales people might see pricing information, but the technician will be able to access only technical information
